Here is some basic rental information…

• There are washer & dryer hook-ups in each unit. You may feel free to bring your own washer and dryer. If this is not an option for you, Camelot Apartments will supply a washer & dryer for $40/Month. ($20 for washer and $20 for dryer.) You may choose to only rent one if you wish.

• One DOG allowed. Dog must weigh 35 lbs. or less and certain breeds are prohibited. One month security deposit plus $300 pet fee required. CATS must be neutered and declawed. Two pet maximum.

• All applications require a $50.00 non-refundable fee to process the application. In addition, $300 is required as an option on the apartment, and will hold the desired unit for the applicant until the application is processed. Once approved, this $300 will be applied toward the security deposit. If the application is denied, the $300.00 will be refunded. The holding fee will NOT be refunded if you change your mind. The $50.00 application fee is still non-refundable.

• Security Deposit on all apartments is equivalent to one months rent, unless otherwise agreed.

• Above prices are subject to change until an application has been accepted.

• Your rent includes the water and the garbage. The apartments are completely electric, and you will be responsible for your own electric bill. There is no gas or gas bill.
